Work Scope Tracker is operated by POLENEST, a sole proprietor in the Republic of Korea. Work Scope Tracker is the product name and POLENEST is the public business name shown on this website.

Work Scope Tracker helps freelancers record project scope, client requests, pricing policies, and approval decisions.

The service is not legal, tax, accounting, collections, or professional advice. Users remain responsible for their own contracts, invoices, client communications, and legal compliance.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.

Do not attempt to bypass purchase safeguards, overload service endpoints, scrape private endpoints, or use another person’s purchase credential without authorization.

A client exchange link is a bearer artifact. Users are responsible for choosing an appropriate sharing channel and for verifying the identity and authority of anyone who returns a response receipt.

Purchases

Lifetime Pro is a USD 20 one-time purchase that removes the project-count limit. Every core feature is also included in Free Forever, which allows one non-deleted project at a time.

Lifetime Pro purchases, where available, are processed as PayPal Orders. PayPal handles payment, order, receipt, dispute, and refund processing for PayPal purchases. Any applicable taxes remain the responsibility of Polenest unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

The one-time purchase provides Lifetime Pro access while Work Scope Tracker is offered and operated, subject to these terms. It does not guarantee perpetual service availability.

Features, limits, pricing, and policies may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or website when practical.
