Data we collect

Project names, client details, SOW text, pricing policies, requests, items, approval decisions, confirmations, and backups are stored in the user browser. Normal workspace use does not upload those records to Polenest or Cloudflare D1.

Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, changing browsers, or losing the device may remove local records. Users should export backups. Polenest cannot recover local project data from a recovery code or purchase receipt.

Cloudflare D1 stores only opaque purchase-session records, recovery credential verification records, PayPal order and event verification records, and Lifetime Pro entitlement status. Technical request logs may also be processed for security and reliability.

How we use data

We use server-side data only to create and protect purchase sessions, verify Lifetime Pro access, process recovery, support PayPal checkout and refund or dispute updates, prevent abuse, debug failures, and monitor reliability.

Self-contained client exchange links place their payload in the URL fragment, which is not sent in the HTTP request to Polenest or Cloudflare. Anyone holding the link can read it, and the email, messenger, browser history, clipboard, or other sharing provider chosen by the user may retain it. If a link is too large, use the local PDF or another manual exchange method instead.

We do not sell personal data. Cloudflare processes infrastructure and purchase-verification data needed to run the service. PayPal processes buyer, payment, order, receipt, dispute, and refund data when Lifetime Pro checkout is used.

User rights and contact

Local workspace records are controlled in the user browser and cannot be accessed, corrected, exported, or deleted by Polenest. For a request about server-side purchase or entitlement records, contact info@polenest.com and include a PayPal receipt, transaction or order ID, or support ID, but do not include card numbers, passwords, or client material.

Generated PDF or CSV exports are local records created by the user and are not tax invoices issued by Polenest.
