Data we collect
Work Scope Tracker uses a pseudonymous Firebase user ID for the web workspace instead of social login. We may collect workspace metadata, project SOW text, pricing policy notes, client request content, approval request content, optional support contact details, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
Scope records are stored as Firestore document data in the Work Scope Tracker Firebase project. The web app does not upload service files to Firebase Cloud Storage.
How we use data
We use data to provide the workspace, request intake, approval links, entitlement checks, support, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability monitoring.
We do not sell personal data. Google Firebase services process infrastructure data needed to run the service. PayPal processes buyer, payment, receipt, tax, refund, and subscription data when PayPal checkout is used.
User rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your workspace data by contacting [email protected]. Include your receipt, subscription ID, or support ID when the request relates to a paid subscription, but do not include card numbers or passwords.
Generated PDF or CSV exports are local records created by the user and are not tax invoices issued by Polenest.
