How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Work Scope Tracker workspace data, contact [email protected]. If your request relates to a paid subscription, include the PayPal receipt, subscription ID, checkout email, or support ID when available.
Because the web workspace uses a pseudonymous Firebase ID instead of social login, we may need payment or workspace evidence before deleting server-side records.
What can be deleted
Account-linked workspace data may include projects, SOW templates, pricing policy notes, scope records, client request records, and approval records stored for your Scope account.
Local-only data stored on your own device or browser may need to be deleted by you from that device or browser.
Retention and subscriptions
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, legal, or payment compliance reasons.
Deleting a Work Scope Tracker account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by PayPal, Apple, Google, or another payment provider. Cancel any active subscription through the payment channel that manages it.
