Refund Policy

Web subscription refunds
Current web subscriptions, where available, are processed through PayPal.
Except where mandatory consumer law or the payment provider policy requires otherwise, discretionary refund requests are reviewed only when submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date or the most recent subscription renewal charge. Submitting a request within 14 days does not guarantee a refund.
Refund and cancellation requests should be made through the payment provider receipt, subscription management page, or buyer support channel where available.
This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. Payment provider transaction records may be used to verify eligibility and timing without overriding statutory rights.
Access to the relevant Work Scope Tracker product may cease if a subscription is cancelled or a refund is issued.
How to request a refund
For PayPal purchases, use your PayPal receipt, PayPal account, subscription page, or PayPal buyer support where available.
You may also contact [email protected] with your receipt, subscription ID, checkout email, or support ID if you need help identifying the transaction.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive client material.
